‘SOCIAL NETWORKER’

This course is designed to help you feel confident to attend networking events and make genuine and lasting contacts with the people who can help your business grow. Networking is still the most important way to generate new business and we take you through the process step by step. We work on your presentation skills, how to introduce yourself, how you move around a room, as well as work on helping you develop your conversation skills, listen effectively and knowing the right moment to move on. We use exercises based on our actor training which help to create presence, developing your skills of listening and responding to a situation, leading conversation and asking the right questions. We hone your pitch and help you keep it spontaneous and adaptable.

  • Making a good first impression
  • Putting yourself and people at ease
  • Presence
  • Engaged conversation
  • Authenticity
  • Pitching your idea or business
  • Questioning skills
  • Working the whole room
  • Knowing when to move on
