Facilitator and Researcher
Philip trained as an actor at The Oxford School of Drama, performing within collectives such as The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Royal Lyceum Theatre and the BBC. Following his dramatic training, he went on to study Anthropology at The University of St Andrews, fascinated by the social behaviours of people within differing cultures. This interest found a specific focus within the spheres of gender and sexuality, with Philip proceeding to an MSc in Gender and Anthropology at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Philip now works as a researcher within film, adding credibility and content to cultural documentaries. As a Facilitator with Turn of Phrase, Philip makes full use of his research skills and background in gender studies, performance and communication, and he relishes the opportunity to affect change and stimulate new thought and understanding around issues that matter to him a great deal.
